Looking for a fun and adorable turkey craft? This Turkey Number Craft is fun, adorable, AND practices number order and tracing numbers to 10!
This is a craft activity for practicing numbers to ten. Students will trace the number on each turkey feather. They will color and cut out the turkey pieces. Then they will arrange the numbers in order and glue the turkey together.
There are number options: one with directional arrows and one without. Choose the best option for your students.
How to Make the Turkeys:
Students will trace the numbers on the feathers. Then they will color and cut out the turkey pieces. They will arrange the feathers in number order, then glue the pieces all together. Using two orange paper strips, they will create turkey legs (I used an accordion fold for this) and glue them to the bottom of the turkey. Finally, the turkey’s feet will be glued onto the bottom of the legs.
