With the end of the year and Teacher Appreciation Week coming up quickly, it’s just a really great time to express gratitude for the people in our lives, especially those at school! Simply being appreciated and being told “thank you” is often better than any physical gift you could receive.
It’s also a great idea to help students practice being thankful, and one way I like to do that is by having them make thank you cards for staff members in our school. By the end of the school year, your students will have spent lots of time working with other teachers and staff members, including specials teachers, nurses, and paras. Making thank you cards with your students is a fun and meaningful writing activity that you definitely don’t want to skip!
Easy-to-Use Printable Templates
I’ve made it super easy for you, too! I made these free thank you card templates that I’m just swooning over. There are ten front designs and three inside writing options with different closings (“From”, “Love”, and “Your Friend”).
Printer Settings
I formatted the cards so they are really easy to print – trust me! When you download the file, you’ll see that the writing options are reversed, but this is so you can print double-sided (flip along the long edge) to make the card print correctly.
What’s Included
Like I mentioned above, there are ten different front designs. Here’s a look at them!
